Terms & Conditions S9Asia – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

Welcome to s9asia. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the s9asia platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you are agreeing fully and unconditionally to all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the s9asia platform and must cease use immediately.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and s9asia as the platform operator. These Terms govern your use of all s9asia services, including but not limited to Sports Betting, slots, Live Casino, virtual sports, promotions and bonuses, and all customer support services.

S9asia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice to members. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the s9asia platform following the publication of any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use the s9asia platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. s9asia is a digital entertainment platform for adults only.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• You are only permitted to hold one (1) active account at s9asia at all times. Multiple accounts under the same name, address, phone number, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• You may not register an account on behalf of another person without written authorisation from s9asia.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• You are not currently on any self-exclusion list or gambling restriction imposed by s9asia or any relevant authority.

S9Asia reserves the right to request proof of identity, age verification, or other documentation at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or termination of your account. All registration information provided is subject to Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA 2010) and will be processed in accordance with Privacy Policy s9asia.

Your account username and password are confidential and must not be shared with anyone. s9asia will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the s9asia support team immediately.

All financial transactions on the s9asia platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). s9asia does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. No hidden fees are charged by s9asia for standard deposits or withdrawals.

Accepted Payment Methods: s9asia accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following Malaysian digital payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Maybank2u, FPX CIMB Clicks, Boost, and ShopeePay. s9asia reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction for all payment methods. There is no strict daily maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, s9asia reserves the right to limit or suspend deposits in certain circumstances, such as pending KYC verification.

Withdrawal Limits: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20. The standard daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for regular accounts. Withdrawals exceeding this limit are subject to additional security checks and may take longer to process.

Winnings from all games and bets will be credited to your s9asia account balance within minutes of the result being finalised. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome or winning calculation, the s9asia system's decision is final and binding, subject to a technical review if evidence of a technical error is submitted within 24 hours.

S9Asia offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, enhanced odds offers, and special promotions during major sporting events such as the Malaysia Open, Thomas Cup, and EPL season.

All bonuses and promotions at s9asia are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms:

• Rollover Requirements (Wagering Requirements): All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before any bonus balance or winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a stated validity period. Any unused bonus or incomplete rollover requirement within that period will expire automatically.
• Betting Limits While a Bonus Is Active: While a bonus is active, single bets exceeding a specified amount (as stated in the relevant bonus terms) may not count toward the rollover requirement or may result in the bonus being voided.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward the rollover requirement. Certain games, such as baccarat with filter cards, may be excluded entirely.
• One Bonus at a Time: Generally, only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotional terms state otherwise.
• Single Use: Most welcome bonuses can only be claimed once per new s9asia member.

S9Asia reserves the right to decline, void, or modify any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, bet syndication, bonus arbitrage, or any behaviour s9asia deems inconsistent with normal platform use. S9Asia's decisions regarding bonus abuse are final.

All bets and games on the s9asia platform are subject to the specific rules displayed within each game section. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on s9asia:

Sports Betting: All sports bets — including Malaysian Super League and EPL football, BWF badminton betting, e-sports, and other sports — are final once confirmed by the s9asia system. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings. S9Asia reserves the right to void a bet in the event of a technical error, a significant odds error, or evidence of match manipulation.

In-Play Betting: In-play betting is accepted subject to market availability during a live match. S9Asia reserves the right to suspend in-play betting acceptance at any time without notice, particularly during critical phases of a match or in the event of a technical disruption.

Slots: All slot games use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot is displayed in the game information. Every spin result is fully independent and random, with no influence from previous spins.

Live Casino: Live casino games with real dealers are conducted in real time. Once the dealer announces "no more bets", no further wagers will be accepted. The outcome announced by the dealer is final, subject to video review in the event of a valid dispute.

The security of your account is a shared responsibility between you and s9asia. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and ensuring that no unauthorised party gains access to your account.

You agree to:

• Using a strong, unique password for your s9asia account and not reusing it for any other services.
• Log out of your s9asia account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notifying s9asia immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, suspicious activity, or loss of your login credentials.
• Not disclosing your account details to anyone, including family members or friends.

S9asia uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data communications between your browser or device and our servers. However, s9asia is not liable for any losses resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your account details, including disclosing your password to others or accessing your account over an unsecured public network.

S9Asia reserves the right to temporarily freeze your account as a security measure if our system detects suspicious login activity, repeated failed login attempts, or sudden changes in your betting patterns. In such cases, we will contact you using your registered details to verify your identity before reinstating access to your account.

S9Asia is committed to promoting a healthy and responsible digital entertainment culture. We recognise that gambling can be an enjoyable source of entertainment when enjoyed within healthy limits, but may also lead to serious problems if not managed responsibly.

By using the s9asia platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You play for entertainment and not as a primary source of income.

• You will not attempt to recover losses by placing larger bets (chasing losses).
• You will make use of the responsible gambling tools provided by s9asia if you feel it is necessary.

S9Asia provides the following tools free of charge to all members: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; loss limits; session time limits; self-exclusion for a chosen period ranging from one day to one year; and permanent self-exclusion. S9asia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and for any reason we deem reasonable, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Use of automated software or prohibited techniques.
• Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour toward s9asia staff.
• A self-exclusion or exclusion request made by you.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, s9asia reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including real money and bonus funds. If your account is closed at your own request or for operational reasons unrelated to any breach, your real money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned via your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your s9asia account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure you have withdrawn all eligible balances before closing your account, as a confirmed account closure cannot be reversed within 30 days.

The s9asia platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any express or implied warranties. S9Asia does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, free from errors, or entirely free from security threats at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, s9asia and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through the use of the s9asia platform, including betting losses.
• Temporary service disruptions, processing delays, or technical failures.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Actions by third parties, including game software providers, that are outside s9asia's direct control.
• Losses arising from your own negligence, including disclosing your login credentials to a third party.

In circumstances where the above liability limits cannot be fully enforced, s9asia's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the net amount you have deposited into the s9asia platform in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

S9Asia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via an in-platform notice or email to the registered address at least 7 days before taking effect, except where changes are required immediately for security or legal reasons. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Your continued use of the s9asia platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.
